Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, shipping method, and order size. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

• Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

• During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, I will contact you using the contact information provided with your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  

• International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond my control.

ECU Tuning Shipping

If you have placed an order for tuning software, it is critical that the ECU being sent to be tuned is undamaged and packed with extreme care to protected the pins, connectors, and entire ECU. Damaged ECUs/ECU pins may not be able to be tuned.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Locations

Generally, worldwide shipping is TBD and on a per case basis. If your country or region is unavailable, please contact me to inquire about shipping availability.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. I am not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
